   What it’s for, your budget, your timing. Tell me about your life first, then we talk about homes.

3. 03

   News and deadlines reach you first.

   When there’s a promotion or a closing date, I pass it on the moment I hear.

   You informed me of the promotions as soon as you received the updates. It helped reduce the financial burden for a first home buyer like me.

4. 04

   After handover, I’m still here.

   Deposit paid, keys in hand: if something comes up, you can still come to me.

   Not the hard-sell type. Even after we paid our down payment he was still willing to assist us.
