What this website collects, why, who processes it, how long it is kept, and how site statistics work. There is no cookie banner, and no advertising tracking.

Who handles your information

Kevin Lee (Lee Beng Wai), Real Estate Negotiator REN 14973, practising with FLP Realty Sdn. Bhd. (E (1) 1718). This is his personal website, not the official website of FLP Realty. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you choose to enter in the message form: what to call you, how to reach you (WhatsApp, phone or email), the topic, your message, and the time you gave your consent. The form never asks for identity documents, income documents, birth details or beliefs.

If you contact Kevin directly by WhatsApp, phone or email, your information is handled by the service you chose.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to this one enquiry. Your details are never added to a marketing list, and never sold to anyone.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the form’s gateway. To prevent abuse, the gateway keeps only records that contain no personal information (one-time question numbers, submission numbers and a one-way hash that changes daily), for at most two days, and never stores your original network address.

Formspree delivers your message to Kevin’s email. Formspree’s servers are outside Malaysia.

Google provides site statistics once the website is live (see below).

How long it is kept

Your message stays in Kevin’s email and his Formspree account, only to follow up on your enquiry. You can write at any time to ask to see, correct or delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct your information, and you can withdraw your consent. Please write to [email protected].

Site statistics

Once the website is live, it will use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager (GTM) to count how the site is used, for example which pages are opened and which buttons are pressed. The statistics never include your name, phone number, email or message, and no advertising features are used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (for example _ga).

In these cases the website loads no statistics at all: when you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, and when your browser has Global Privacy Control turned on. You can also install Google’s Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

This website has no cookie pop-up or banner: we set no advertising cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites.
